I am not able to connect.

To overcome connection issues, try some simple troubleshooting below:

  1. Switch between protocol options in the app (IPSec/IKEv2).
  2. Connect to OrionVPN using the “Recommended Server” option.

In order to change the protocol, follow the steps below:

  1. From the side menu and click on the "Settings" icon to select the "Connection Protocol" tab.
  2. Select "Manual Selection" to change your protocol selection.
  3. Select your preferred protocol from the given list.
